Healthy Kids Day is a family event that is open to the community. Children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at the Y.
Open Swim Age Requirements & Rules:
- Ages 0-6: Guardian must be in the pool within arms reach of child.
- Ages 7-8: Guardian must be in pool and actively supervising.
- Ages 9-11: Guardian must be in pool area and actively supervising.
- Ages 12+: Child can be alone in pool and pool area. Deep water swim test required. Ask lifeguard on duty for a deep water swim test.
- All life jackets must be Coast Guard approved.

Lamer's Bus Departs at 7:15am
from the Y Parking Lot A
Brewer's American Family Field
Let’s hop aboard a comfortable Lamer’s Motor Coach Bus and head to the Brewer’s American Family Field to watch the Brewer’s Play the Los Angeles Dodgers!
We will load the Lamer’s Bus from the Wausau YMCA location at 7:15am and leave the YMCA/Landing at 7:15am. We will be stopping at Rolling Meadows Restaurant for a breakfast at about 9:45am. After Breakfast, we will head to the American Family Field!
The Landing staff lead for the trip will have your tickets for the game. The game starts at 1:15pm. After the game, we will load the bus in the area we were dropped off from at the stadium. We will stop at a fast food restaurant on the way home for dinner. Cost of dinner will be on your own.
The cost of the trip includes the Lamer’s bus, your ticket for the game, breakfast and light snacks and water which will be available on the bus. Any concession purchases at the game, along with dinner at a fast food stop will be on your own. We will return to the Wausau YMCA approximately 9:00pm.
