No Breath Holding, No Hyperventilation or Extended Underwater Swimming is Allowed.

Friday 5:00 - 7:00pm
Saturday 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 - 4:00 pm
South Pool & Small Pool
- Under Age 7 Must be with a parent or guardian in the water within arms length.
- Ages 7-10 Must be with a parent or guardian on the pool deck at all times.
- Ages 11+ May swim unattended if they are able to swim independently.
- All life jackets must be Coast Guard approved.
- No breath holding or extended underwater swimming is allowed.

Aquatics at the Y
Our aquatics team works diligently to provide a safe, clean and comfortable swimming experience for all of our patrons.
