FREE Wellness Center Orientation for All Members
Take a Tour Around Our Wellness Centers. Our staff will help you to get familiar with our cardio quipment and cable weight machines. For Members age 16+

Wellness Center Orientation are Required for Ages 12-15

• Youth who successfully complete the Youth Strength Training Orientation may use cardio equipment and weight machines in the Wellness Center.
• Orientation includes hands-on experience with fitness training equipment.
• Sign up at Member Service Center of either branch.

Strength Center Age Requirements:

• Ages 12-15 with a parent
• Ages 14-15 with school certificate
• Ages 16+ Welcome
• Active Whirlers & WYNS teams members welcome
